West Craven are starting a female section at the club with a womens team and on the back of this we are hoping to delovp a junior grils section with team at under 12's 14's and 16 's in so to give the grils that are currentley playing at the clubs under 11's and 9's and 7's section and can no longer play with the boys when there get to high school age.

We are on the look out for new players If you know of any women 16+ who fancy giving it a go then please let them know! All abilities and experience welcome, it doesn't matter if you've never played before and you just fancy giving it a go! Sponsored by barnoldswick cricket club ready for the new season that is due to get under way on the 12Th march.west craven host Halifax said kings cross park on Sunday west craven ran them close with a good hard fort performance to set them up for the season ahead. barnoldswick cricket club Treasurer Peter Pickup joined by there chairman stated that it was honer to support the club and hoped that the working relationship that had been formed this season with the club will continue for years to come.west craven use the cricket club for thaer meetings and after match refeshments which in turn puts money over there bar.

West Craven Warriors are an amateur rugby league club based in Barnoldswick which is situated in the Pendle & Craven district. The club was formed in 1994 with the aim of promoting rugby league in the local area.

The warriors openage training at Victory park on Tuesdays & Thursdays. Training starts at 6.45pm.

Since the club was formed we have entered teams in the local leagues for all age groups from under 8’s to open age. We currently have the following teams:

· Under 8’s

· Under 9’s

· Under 15’s (Training Wednesday)
